Returns & Exchanges
Each item is made to order. For this reason, I don't accept returns or cancellations.
Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges must be for the same design and color item from your order. An item can be exchanged for incorrect sizing or a rare defect. The item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days and be in its original packaging with no signs of wear or damage. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is sent back for exchange and is not in its original condition, I am unable to provide an exchange.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept exchanges for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Seasonal or holiday items (e.g. fall collection, holiday/Christmas collection, etc)
• Digital downloads
