✈️ Shipping & Processing

How long does it take?

All items are made to order — which means they're created just for you after you purchase. Most items are fulfilled within 3–8 business days, then shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or First Class Mail. Shipping usually takes another 3–5 business days, depending on location, weather, or the time of year.

If your order includes different types of items (like apparel, tumblers, or stickers), they may ship separately.

During peak seasons (especially November–December), production may take a little longer. If you’re shopping for a gift or holiday, ordering early is always a good idea! While I’ll do everything I can to get your order out quickly, I can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Where do you ship from?

I work with several U.S.-based production partners to help fulfill orders faster and reduce waste. Some items — like stickers, badge reels, and coozies — ship from Hawaii and may take a little longer to arrive.

Other products (like apparel, tumblers, and office decor) are shipped from different facilities depending on the item. That’s why orders may arrive in separate packages!


Do you offer tracking?

Yes! As soon as your order ships, you'll get a tracking number via email.

Stickers are sent via stamped mail and don’t include tracking by default, but you can add tracked shipping here if you’d prefer that option.


Where’s the rest of my order?

If your sweatshirt shows up but your stickers are missing — don’t panic! Items may ship separately from different locations. Apparel, tumblers, and sticker mail are all fulfilled by different partners. They’ll be reunited soon — pinky promise 💕


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

Because each item is made to order, I don’t accept returns, exchanges for size, or cancellations. If you’re unsure about sizing, check the size chart or reach out to me at emily@emilybspeech.com — I’m always happy to help!

If you’re purchasing a gift, a gift card is a great way to make sure they get the right size.

Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive damaged or defective. These must be reported within 14 days of delivery, and I’ll replace the same item/design in your order.

My order hasn’t arrived — what now?

If your tracking hasn’t updated or your package is marked "delivered" but not in your mailbox, reach out to orders@emilybspeech.com and I’ll help you troubleshoot!


Can I edit or cancel my order?

If you just placed your order, there's a small window where changes or cancellations may be possible — email me ASAP! Once production starts, I’m unable to make edits or cancel since everything is custom made.


Do you take custom or bulk orders?

Yes! I love creating custom designs and handling bulk orders for schools, teams, or events.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Digital gift cards are available and make the perfect gift when you’re not sure what size or style to pick. Find them here.


Can I include a gift note or wrapping?

At this time, I don’t offer gift wrapping, but all items are shipped without pricing info and can include a note if you’d like — just leave your message at checkout!


Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn’t entered production yet, I may be able to update the shipping address. Email me at orders@emilybspeech.com as soon as possible!
